About our Staff

Our staff are all highly trained and motivated to make your visits to our office as pleasant and effective as possible.

Dental Hygienist - Dental Hygienists are trained at university or college to perform various intra-oral procedures. Our hygienists, Cathy D. and Cathy B., work exclusively in orthodontics and have been members of Dr. Daigle's staff for many years. In our office, they work directly with Dr. Daigle performing certain procedures involved in the placement, removal, and adjustment of braces as well as monitoring oral hygiene and the health of the teeth and gums.

Dental Assistants - Dental assistants have received formal training at college to allow them to assist the doctor and hygienist with various treatment procedures and to take X-rays. Jo-Ann and Shauna are the assistants in our office. Jo-Ann has also been with us for many years and has completed a PDA diploma which allows her to take impressions for study models and to polish teeth before or after the placement of braces.

Administrative Staff - Our administrative staff includes two schedule coordinators, Janine and Alyssa. They manage the daily scheduling closely in order for our patients to be seen promptly. They will be able to answer any questions you have regarding appointments and administrative procedures such as insurance claim forms. They will usually be your first contact with our office when you call for an initial appointment.

Financial Coordinator - Cathy D. reviews the financial arrangements prior to the commencement of orthodontic treatment and prepares a financial payment plan. Clients who have insurance benefits will be assisted in preparing the necessary forms to be submitted to insurance companies to determine their orthodontic insurance benefits.
